Careers at Redflippers

This Terms and Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Redflippers ("Company") and the undersigned Independent Sales Representative ("Representative"), effective as of the date of acceptance by the Representative.

**1. Engagement**: The Company hereby engages the Representative as an independent contractor to perform services related to promoting and selling the Company's digital services, including but not limited to web design, WordPress website support, logo design, and animated logo design. The Representative agrees to use their marketing expertise and network to generate leads and convert them into sales.

**2. Compensation**: The Representative will be compensated on a commission basis, with the potential to earn $1,000+ weekly. Commission rates are as follows:
- 100% commission on all hosting and marketing services from the first payment made by the customer.
- 15% recurring commission for six months of hosting and marketing services subscriptions.
- 15% - 20% commission on web design and development packages.

**3. Responsibilities**:
- **Promotion of Services**: The Representative shall utilize various marketing strategies to promote the Company's services.
- **Lead Generation**: The Representative is responsible for generating leads through tools like BuiltWith, Wappalyzer, social media marketing, search engine queries, online forums and communities, and influencer collaborations.
- **Sales Conversion**: The Representative shall convert leads into sales through persuasive tactics.
- **Customer Relationships**: The Representative must ensure ongoing satisfaction and support for clients post-sale.
- **Performance Reporting**: The Representative is required to maintain accountability by tracking and reporting sales and marketing results to the Company.

**4. Independent Contractor Status**: The Representative is engaged as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship between the Company and the Representative.

**5. Confidentiality**: The Representative agrees not to disclose any confidential information acquired during their engagement with the Company to any third parties.

**6. Termination**: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.

**7. Governing Law**: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.

**8. Entire Agreement**: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

By accepting this Agreement, the Independent Sales Representative acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
